Losing juice...and everything in my refrigerator

going on almost 15 hours with no power. I made cl p explain the priority procedure and I call every hour looking for an update.
they haven't told me anything new since noon but theres no water in my  basement so I really shouldn't complain. but I'm sure I will anyway
